Why not contact the organization directly? Just an opinion.

Dear Accreditation Organization:

My school is interested in receiving accreditation. Please send details as to your standards of accreditation. Also, I would sincerely appreciate suggestions to help my school advance towards this goal.

Thank you in advance,
Distance School

Here’s a couple links:
Commission on International and Trans-Regional Accreditation:

Also, you could contact accredited schools directly and ask to form a relationship. Perhaps Stetson University would be willing to help out and offer advice:

I’m sure there is sometimes a sense of competition between schools. Try to find a mentor in a school that offers a complimentary but non-competing curriculum. In your discussions and inquiries you could stress that accreditation of your individual school benefits the distance school community as a whole.
