There always are other criteria maybe, lurking in the interviewer's sub-conscious, like the candidate's accent, personal hygiene, social status, political persuasion even. No reason why an online - or a postal - MBA shouldn't be fully credible, in real life. However, some interviewers are unfit for their position, stupid and ignorant, sadly. It's an imperfect world! Direct contact with a University is recommended, if you have the choice.
