You need to tell the truth. Other people’s reasons won’t work for you since you have to provide documentation proving whatever you claim. Not being able to afford school without aid is not a valid reason for your appeal to be approved though.

If it’s not a death in your direct family, parent or sibling, it doesn’t count and can NOT be used as a viable excuse.

Stress, tough classes, changing majors, also can NOT be used as a viable excuse.

Plans of getting tutoring is also NOT a viable excuse.

The reality is that you had a warning semester, and you did nothing to change things – and thus you will not be approved for an appeal.

Excuses? Those don’t work for SAP, only legitimate reasons.

That’s not all to an appeal: you also need to explain what you’re doing to improve your educational situation, and how you plan to prevent falling below requirements again.

I apologize, but it’s your 4th year and change majors is still stressful to drop you below? You know how things work by now. Given this is based on attendance from what is stated, that isn’t going to even be considered for a valid reason.

To be warned now, you very well may need to provide documentation of reasons that you claim.
