You can easily compare info about these schools in this site – schools.iblogger.org

I think you need to contact the Missouri Department of Education and ask them.

You should call the MO Department of Ed and the teachers’ union in your district to be sure.

Something to consider: Even if the school district accepts the credits, principals and hiring committees might not be too impressed with an online degree. I am on the hiring committee at the school where I teach, and we look very carefully at applicants’ educational histories. Most principals want to hire teachers with degrees from traditionally respected universities.

I don’t know if traditional universities are actually any better, but I think people (especially in academia) have a certain view of online schools– right or wrong. I do know that my Masters degree from NYU is the reason I was granted an interview at my school; the principal later told me that he respected the graduate program in education at NYU, and he was eager to hire someone from that program. Personally, I think my coworkers and friends who got their MA’s from state schools probably learned exactly the same things I did…and they’re not $100,000 in debt!

I don’t know… Just something to think about… Good luck :)
