Yes, I’m sure you can. You may not be able to come away from UCLA with an associates degree, since a degree requires that a certain amount of credit comes from the university you obtain the degree. And there’s not a guarantee that all of your classes will transfer over nicely and cleanly.

Ask UC Berkeley. Take a road trip and see if they have room and want you. Bring your transcripts.

Once you reach junior standing (80-semester/120-quarter UC transferable units), you will not be eligible to transfer to another UC campus. As long as you do not exceed the maximum allowable units, you will be eligible to apply for transfer. But keep in mind that UC-to-UC transfer has lower priority than CC-to-UC transfer.
