I’m similar to you in that I don’t know what I want to be either, and have a computer science degree, but I’m certainly not accomplished in my career – in fact I don’t have one and am probably giving up on doing anything related to CS or IT, but I don’t know what. I’m probably going to be jobless for a long time before I figure it out, if ever. It’s good that you’re into business. I think my complete lack of business sense hurts me, not only in that I don’t know how they work, but I naturally avoid advertising and shudder when I hear about someone “moving up the ladder”, it makes me feel life is one big popularity contest.

Anyway, it’s good that you have the aptitude to do your job well even if you don’t have the interest (I have neither). If you don’t want to be a manager, could you possibly move up in a technical role, eg. as the chief software developer or something? Maybe you could go on to graduate studies in computer science instead of an MBA and do something more research-oriented or scientific, if that interests you. Or maybe become a contractor, like a freelance web developer. I wish I could help you better… I’m trying to figure out what to do too.
