Distance learning for International Students?????

I am looking for a college or university that will allow me to study for a degree online or via correspondence regardless of where I am in the world. On searching through Google many schools come up but on requesting info a US postcode is required making it available to US residents only.
Do such schools exist?Has anyone studied online from another part of the world?

Ignore the online forms. Contact the university/college directly from their own website. Contact admissions.

You can also check out degrees offered through distance education by Australian universities such as :

Deakin http://www.deakin.edu.au
USQ http://www.usq.edu.au
CQU http://www.cqu.edu.au
CSU http://www.csu.edu.au
All of these have students studying online from all parts of the world. I studied both at university in the USA and in Australia. No problems where you live in the world.
