no
as long as your still taking care of the baby.
Going to school will better your chances of getting a better job in the long run. As long as the babies immediate needs are being fully met your not being selfish.

good luck with the baby, it really seems like you have his/hers best interest :)

Your not being selfish at all. You have to do whats right for the baby and for yourself. By bettering yourself and your future, you are making your child’s future better. Good luck and go for it!

Your not being selfish at all. Your 17 and pregnant. You got your GED to help better your life, and now better your childs life. I think you are a great example for young teens who have babies. Your wanting to better your life and your childs life. Not like most teens, no job, no money, nothing. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

No I don’t think that is selfish. You want to be something your child is proud of. Your child will be proud of you either way for taking care of them. There is nothing wrong however with bettering yourself for the purposes of making a better life you and your baby.

I do not think that it is selfish at all to go back to school. I will be going back to nursing school next semester and I’m pregnant. My baby is due in very early October so I will continue to go to school until the fall semester. I see nothing wrong with wanting to advance your education and get a better paying job to support your baby. Go for it! :-)

Not selfish at all. Sounds to me that your looking in the right direction. Being a Mom doesn’t mean that you have to give up your future. It is better to do what you need to now in order to secure your/your child’s future. Good for you! Taking care of a child is financially difficult, go to school now while you can and be proud of yourself.
