it depends. some jobs you can get with an associates degree. i don’t know much about health care administrative management, but my recommendation is to transfer to a 4-year university in order to get your bachelor’s degree. research 4-year universities in your area. over time you will make more money and it will only take you about 2 years to get your bachelor’s degree after you have your associate’s degree.

After you get your AA you transfer to a 4 year college or university. Then the BA or BS is another 2 years, or so depending on whether you get your classes easily.
A BS or BA is a “4 year” degree. AA or AS is a “2″ year degree, though it is taking most students longer due to class cuts and budgets woes. Especially in CA where you are, and I am.
I don’t understand what you mean by,”Would I get a job with my associates degree and go to community college or online?” If you have an associates degree (AA or AS) you are done with community college.
You should make an appointment to see a counselor about your degree and transfers. You don’t seem to know how it works.

typically, you can get a bachelors in 2 years if you already have an associates.

Would I get a job with my associates degree – if you wanted to, school and work arent dependent on each other

and go to community college- no, you already went to a community college, you need to go some where that offers 4 year degrees, like a university.

or online? – if you wanted to, but college is a blast dont miss out.
