If you find a program that you want to get into, you can always ask them about students loans, financial aid or grants - even if it is not listed on their site (it could be that they have something for special cases). In addition, I suggest you'd ask your bank about taking a loan for this - it might be that you can convince them that after obtaining the certificate/diploma you're after, you'll earn well enough to give the money back.
