How do I become a teacher at an online university such as U of Phoenix?

I would like to teach a class or two from home, and have used Blackboard for course development in the past.

Actually you must have at least a master’s degree and be working in the industry you are going to teach. Or at least be able to reasonably associate it to your industry.
