I am debating about how many classes I should take this summer. I would like to take as many as possible, to get my degree quicker. However, I work full time, have a husband and two kids. My bosses are very lenient with me as I will work on my current school work when I don’t have anything else to do at work. I’ve decided to take two classes, one is an English class and it is a telecourse. The other is a computer class, online, and I think it’s going to be pretty easy…it’s about MS office which I’m already pretty familiar with, I just have to take the class. So, would it be insane to add another class on top of this, or should I just stick with these two? The class I’m debating about taking would be Financial Accounting and I THINK I would go to the school to take the actual classroom class, instead of taking an online course. Thanks for any opinions!!

It all lies with you. I think that if you are already familiar with Microsoft Office, that it would be good to go ahead and take the Financial Accounting. But you also have to consider if you can allot say an hour or two out of you evening to commit to homework, and make it your priority for that time. Have your husband watch the kids and help you with them and you should be able to take the third class and that will help you to get your degree faster. Also, you would need to bring it up to your boss, let them know that you are going to take a seated class and make sure it does not conflict with work.
Good Luck in your studies!!!
