I am assuming since you asked this in English , that you are talking about American universities/ colleges. I would look at accreditation and respect….and cost. Here online community college is much cheaper and has regional accreditation (this is better than national in the US). If you can I would suggest attending class though as it is usually cheaper if you are in state. Now if you are in India I found this, again I am looking for accreditation. This seems like an acceptable organization, see how well known they are and use their list of accredited schools. http://naacindia.org/
Oh and whatever you do, make sure you calculate how long you will be paying on your school loan after you grad.
