You cannot do a BSN or BS Biology online because you have to do the labs (and for nursing, the clinical classes). If you want a BSN, find the best nursing school which will take you. If you go for a BS in Bio, it’s not much for jobs, and to really do anything in Bio, you’ll need a PhD.

It sounds to me like you could benefit from the programs at:

Excelsior College http://www.excelsior.edu
Charter Oak State College http://www.cosc.edu
Thomas Edison State College http://www.tesc.edu

You do mean that you have 80 credits and not 80 classes? 80 classes would be about 240 semester hours – 8 years of full time work.

The advantage to these three is that they are very generous with transfer credit (no 30 hours in residence rule) as long as it’s accredited and you can take courses wherever you’d like and transfer them in.

The most flexible degree among these schools is the Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies at Excelsior College.
