Diploma mills are a form of fraud, if I am understanding your question correctly.

Any reputable HR department or school should catch this. In many US states it is illegal to use an unaccredited degree.

hahaha! That’s a good one. Diploma mills are in the business of lying and cheating, so how can a diploma mill be “trustable?”

I don’t know about your country, but in the USA when you apply for a job or apply to university, they don’t care about your diploma, they want to see your transcript – and it has to be an official one sent directly from the college with an official legal seal on it. A phony diploma won’t get you anything but a few laughs from everyone who sees it.
