Is southern California university online programs for real?

I understand you can acquire a high school diploma from southern California university based on life experience in less than thirty days.Is it true?and if so ,are these certificates acceptable?for example;a high school diploma can it be used to apply for a degree program lets say a college like oxford or even Stanford?

There is no way you are going to get into Oxford or Stanford with a high school diploma based on life experience. They require specific grades in specific subjects.
