I dont think you will be able to find any sites that offer free Distance Learning and if you do, do you really want a degree from there? If you qualify for financial aid, you might be able to take a few classes part-time. Contact a local college and see what they have to offer online. If you take a class with them, you can always go see the teacher if you are having problems with the class material.

you can usually download a sylabus from exam boards, that tells you everything to know about the course, plus the eam boards website should tell you where you can take exams/send coursework you will probably need to pay for books and exams though
