New Mexico State University offers online masters degrees in several subjects and is fully accredited. Contact the college of extended learning at NMSU for more details.

American Intercontinental University, offered by the user above me, is an example why you have to check! It is not accredited, and very controversial (see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Intercontinental_University).
