Hey, I’m a student and just found out that my current computer doesn’t meet the specs for my schoolwork. Simply upgrading it isn’t an option, because some parts are just too hard to simply upgrade (such as the processor).
Well, there are 2 options. I can buy the separate parts online and assemble it myself. The second option is to buy a pre-assembled computer at a retail store. I simply need to know which would be cheaper to do. If it’s any help, I’m going for a game programming degree. And a lot of the software requires more than what my current computer (a limited laptop) has. Thanks!
