It is second time I ask this question. First time there was no answer! I realy realy appreciate if you could help. I live in Toronto and I am searching for an online university in canada to earn an undergraduate degree in business. There are so many online universities in U. S. but as far as I know there is only one in Canada(Athabasca) and I am wondering about the possibility that I have not searcherd enough. If there is please let me know but if there is not please advise me about enrolling in U. S. online universities provided that I am a Canadian citizen. Should I be present at the exam time in U. S. ?!
