Please consider traditional universities that offer online classes as just about all of them do nowadays. It’s best to steer clear of those online, for-profit schools (may have “brick and mortar” buildings and may be “accredited”) such as penn foster, ashworth, devry, university of phoenix, strayer, ITT tech, kaplan, everest, walden, high tech, remington, colorado tech and others as they are merely out to ‘make a profit’ (and course credits may NOT transfer to other schools). This consumer site has many posts by former students about those online, for-profit schools and please heed the students’ warnings: http://www.ripoffreport.com and can search.

For colleges in the US: http://www.utexas.edu/world/univ

Please also ask the Admissions department of the college(s) that you’re applying to if the coursework (especially the sciences – such as biology, chemistry, physics) from ‘03 is able to be applied to continuing the graduate degree.
