To get a degree which would be accepted according to American teacher education standards, you'd have to take more than one special education course. Plus, the accredited and legitimate versions require completion of standardized testing programs. This is also part of teacher licensing. To actually have your degree mean something (and be permitted in a classroom) you will need an accredited program--otherwise a school district will not hire you. I would not recommend those, not sure about the legitimacy of accreditation’s.
