I’m looking at online colleges, and one of them says regionally accredited, and the other says fully accredited. Is a regionally accredited degree useless outside the region? Must I have full accreditation for my degree to be accepted everywhere?

I’m interested in 3 universities but am having a difficult time choosing which one will be most beneficial to me.
Degree: MBA and considering M.S. in Management/Leadership
