I am looking to pursue my masters degree online. However, education majors usually have to complete some sort of in school clinical or practicum, and so I am confused as to how this is arranged.

Does anyone know if there are any online universities that offer a dual graduate program for masters & phd for clinical psychology? Additionally, are there any online universities that offer a dual program with a masters counseling psychology & phd in clinical?
I am interested in getting my Masters Degree. I see that some online and campus universities have both of these degrees. And then you can further your education and get a PhD. Some websites even say clinical psychology/counseling, like it is the same thing.
What is the difference?
I am in the military and want to continue my degree in Psychology, I have a BS in Psychology and want to be able to practice some day. But my current deployment schedual is making attending an actual school impractible. Thanks for any help.
