Do most military personnel take college courses online, do they take it right there where they are stationed, do they do it with the nearest college to their station?

I have an annual income of under $12,000, and I want to apply to an online school taking an online course. The tuition cost is about $3,500.

BQ: What are your memories of College/Uni.

I would like to continue my education and get MS Degree via Distance learning. Is there any graduates from Distance learning Universities? How effective it is, is that worth spending money, time and effort? Does it much affect if you’ve finished full time or distance course?
