Whats the lowest GPA needed to get into Cornell University, UC Berkeley, or UCSD?

Im not asking for whats the minimum GPA, I heard the minimum for UC’s are 3.0, Im talking about whatsthe minimum they usually accept, like Berkeley was like a 3.7, etc.
