I would like to continue my education and get MS Degree via Distance learning. Is there any graduates from Distance learning Universities? How effective it is, is that worth spending money, time and effort? Does it much affect if you’ve finished full time or distance course?

USC has one of the best graduate programs. If the same program is offered completely online, which would be better? Is there a difference in the quality?
The benefit of online is I wouldn’t have to relocate, but I am worried about the quality education.
