I have my associates in business from a community college (not online) but want to do my last 2 yrs for my bachelors online. Do employers in the business field see this as a weakness or strength?

I want to further my education. Online seems to be best for me b/c of the distance I live away from campus universities. Plus I work two jobs now so My time has to be managed well so the less time i spend driving the more time I have to study.
