I am looking for a open/online university which gives diploma/degree in Energy Management without charging any fees for students in India. Schneider Electric has an Online university, but it does not offer any degrees. I am not looking for fake degrees. Any university charging a reasonable fee is also acceptable.
I am interested in the renewable energy, green field, etc. And i want to know if there are some universities offering these kind of online courses.
