I’m a first semester freshman at a Florida public university and I hate it here. I was wondering if it would be easier to transfer to another state school in the Spring 2012 or the Fall 2012? I have a 4.2 HS gpa (weighted) and 27 ACT, and a 3.0 (hopefully 3.25 soon) College GPA.

I am a Junior, taking the SAT for the first time on June 4th. I am applying to the University of Cincinnati and the University of Toledo this Fall, for entrance in Fall 2012.
Am I supposed to send my SAT scores on June 4th, and apply in the Fall?
Or am I supposed to wait until [...]
