Can I transfer my online course credits from the University of Phoenix to any state University? And, I want to know how valuable is a degree from the University of Phoenix. Education is very expensive in this University, is it worth it? please advice

I am working on an ground MS in Finance from Golden Gate University and an Online MBA from Marylhurst University. How will employers view my education, negative or possitive. None are Top tier Universities but does having two degrees help pull as much weight or close as a Top Tier MBA
