I just found out that my application for San Francisco State was denied. I’m interested in appealing my application. What exactly happens when I appeal. Do I still have a chance of getting in? Please help!

I’m currently preparing for my IGCSE exam (May 2013) and i’m deciding whether to do IB or SAT. I want to take pharmacy and management for my Bachelor Degree at America.. So a little bit of advice would be greatly appreciated. thank you!
