Could do online courses for highschool. would universities prefer people that went to public school? trying to get into a top one.

I’ve been hearing some negative things about ITT Tech and other private colleges. Will future employers look down at such online Colleges and Universities?

Do they actually walk around and say they have a degree in accounting and just walk into random firms and ask if they can hire or do they search online?

I am considering taking online courses to get my AA in Accounting. I was wondering if it is better to go to an actual college or if an online degree would be just as good job wise.
