Did anyone go on to have a natural birth with none or minimal tearing after a 3rd or 4th degree episiotomy?

I gave birth 8 years ago and suffered a 4th degree episiotomy.Now Im due in 3 weeks and although they are offering me a C-section as an option to prevent tearing again,I am dead set on having a natural childbirth.I was reading online that I can risk having a fistula or tear badly again. So [...]
