my csun status says not admitted because I have not finished my math, but if i reach all requirements by the end of spring semester can i still be accepted for the fall semester 2013?

I was accepted to UC Santa Cruz for Fall 2012,I was wondering is it possible if I can push it for Winter 2013?In other words instead of attending in September,would it be possible to attend in January?Would I lose my space,or is there a way I can do this?

The questions ask the total number of exemptions your parents claimed on their 2012 IRS form, but my parents fill that out at the end of each year. Are they asking for the previous year? Or an estimation?

Anyone have any idea what happens if you get into a University for a certain semester but can’t transfer for that semester, but the one after? Do you have to reapply or call admissions and let them know? UF admission offices don’t pick up/return your calls. -_-
