I need to complete a few extra units in order to make up GE requirements. Is it possible, with any of the online univeristies, to select and complete a single course, without signing up for the entire degree?

I need to take one class to my grad program in the fall. I looked at Pheonix but it would cost almost 2,000 bucks for the one class. I need a cheap school that offers micro or macroeconomics and the class hasn’t started yet. Anyone know of a school. Any ideas would be awesome!
