tuition for online student is lower than tuition for in-class. immigration accepts internationals to be online student?

Because i’ve requested info from quite a few colleges but had never gotten a call till now since it was usually online info i got, is it because they saw my curriculars, grades, etc on the site that connected me to them and they thought i was a good student?

They could opt out of classes with a physical teacher and study a subject or all subjects with the aide of a website and just be given exams in person at the public school. I think that competition is good. If we believe in capitalism, we need to get capitalism into education.
