I’m a transfer student and I will finish my last semester at a junior college fall of 2013 but I wanted to apply to schools now. I have my heart set on a UC school but I don’t know if any are accepting spring transfer students. If you know of please tell me!!!

I will be transferring from a local community college to a state university for spring 2012. I will have over 70 credits but only 60 will transfer. Will I be graduating in the fall of 2013 or spring of 2014?
