I have a 2.92 GPA and scored a 21 on my ACT. I know my GPA is low but that is because of my freshman and sophomore years. I picked it up my junior year, and continuing through my senior year.

my parents want me to go to redlands for 2 years but i want to transfer to USC or UCLA after 2 years, i have low high school grades thats why i think i should go to redlands. but is it possible for me to transfer to USC or UCLA with high grades?
