I am looking at an online university to get my degree in Business Administration. How do you and how do you know or think employers view degrees obtained online?

I am considering attending UMUC and getting a Master’s but I am leary. My only reason is for having something to put on my resume, but I can go volunteer for that and not spend the $30k.. anyone have any experience with employers?
