Check the college web-page first
and if you still have questions, are there any counselors at the school?

Please address your questions to the specific school that you are planning on attending.

GOOD LUCK

Take classes that will transfer to LSU as the equivalent of the courses listed for freshmen a the link below. You would take classes in Biology, Chemistry, Math, Human Ecology, and English.

Talk to an academic adviser (at your community college and at LSU) to be sure that your classes will transfer correctly.

talk to admissions at LSU and make sure any class you take at the CC will transfer over. ONLY take general education classes. Classes in your major will not transfer over.

You should meet with a college adviser. Our CC requires all freshman to meet with a college adviser. They will help you pick out class. Get a course catalog from your CC and read through it before you meet with your adviser.

A full time student takes at least 12 credits per semester. You should be able to take up to 18 with a full time tuition. You need to take at least 15 per semester if you plan on graduated in four years.
