I don’t know much about missouri, but I will try and give you advice

Here is one list of missouri schools. I would recommend looking most of them up and reading more about them. Also like a bunch of schools on facebook and read their posts to learn more about them.

Here is a list of Regional University Midwest Rankings
It looks like Truman State University is number 8 on this list
Here is their google search results
A page that has their admissions statistics. Your ACT is very low compared to your GPA. You said you tried so many times. But, how much did you study.

The sat is has a bigger verbal section and a smaller science section. If you are more of a English person than the SAT might be better for you

Get an appointment with your guidance counselor to talk about college, your ACT scores, and financial aide. Talk to your smart friends about how to study for the ACT.

Most people don’t know that many school newspapers actually talk about scholarships that other students received. If you learn more about how other students received scholarships then you can learn how to get them for yourself. Also talk to your counselor about FAFSA. Get a meeting with them soon.,or.r_cp.r_qf.&fp=71b9471007c1de02&psj=1&q=student+receives+scholarship&rls=org.mozilla:en-US%3Aofficial&tbm=nws
