As an alumnus, I highly recommend the University of Maryland University College, which is an accredited, public university. The university offers online courses or, if you live in the Baltimore/Washington area, night and weekend classes as well as credit for life experience. Further, UMUC offers a several certificate programs, e.g. Computer Applications, Computer Graphics and Design, Desktop Publishing, and Web Design. In addition, the coursework applies towards a Bachelor degree in a Computer-related major.

This site has some good information on regionally accredited online colleges offering computer science degrees:
http://www.ecollegefinder.org/online-computer-degrees.aspx
If you do choose to go the online route I would recommend contacting a number of schools to find the best fit for you. Too often people attend the first school they see that offers the program they want. The beauty of taking classes online is that you are not limited by geography. Good Luck!
