i need to lose at least 30 pounds from my pregnancy 1 year ago! i can’t use the gym cuz i don’t have a babysitter. i don’t work, but am doing online college courses. I like to eat, i think about what i wanna eat a lot too. I need things to distract me from eating too much and also need dieting tips and food suggestions. i don’t know whats good and whats bad as far as carbs and things like that go. what are some diets i can try that help with weight loss?
I’ve stopped drinking pop.
I eat cereal and fruit for breakfast. Usually snack during the day a few times, no meal. Then have med-lg dinner with my husband around 7 or 8 when he gets home…
I try to drink lots of water, but i’m still hungry.
every diet is basically the same. Burn more calories then you eat, eat healthy (whole grains, colored veggies, unproccessed foods, etc. )excersize, 8 glasses of water a day & cut out fine sugars. eat five times a day, only healthy snacks. After three kids I am slimmer than ever by following these rules BY the way You can get a job at Gold’s gym( or some other gym) in the day care, it’s part time, gym membership is free and that solves your babysitting problem.
