I think you have to physically go to an accredited school. There are some good ones near me in Rochester. SUNY Geneseo is cheap and well known for their teaching program. I am at U of R...but it's very pricey. It's possible that you can take some courses online but I think the bulk of your coursework has to be in the classroom.
