I signed up for an online course of English 101 Extension (a classes for people with low placement test score) at my state university. The whole thing costs about $500.00+ while a non-online class costs about $468.00. Why is it like that? I thought that online classes are cheaper. In high school I took an online class, and the teacher didn’t do anything. He didn’t even teach. It’s basically a self-taught class. I expect that to be similar for this college class. Why is it so expensive? I feel like I just pay for the degree, but I can get the education at a local library for free. What a rip off.
It is not expensive I know it is relatively more than the regular but it also offers more facilities. So with some options comes bit of price too. But in my opinion if you are getting the value for your money its fine.
